How long does it take to ship?

We ship orders within 24 hours (usually the same day) using FedEx Ground shipping which takes between 1-4 business days depending on your location.  Large boards will ship via freight carrier.

How much is freight?

Freight shipment is required for any boards that are over 40" x 60".  The cost is determined by weight, dimension, and destination.  Shipping cost is calculated in your cart automatically at the time of purchase.  Because larger sizes are bulky, we will work with you to determine the best freight solution for your location.

Can I buy just one board?

We do offer special orders, however, minimum charges may apply so it may not be the most economical choice.  Let us know what you need and we'll try our best to help!  Please contact us using the form below, or by emailing us directly at contact@foamboards.com

What if I need a custom cut?

If you need any board custom cut to a size we don't already offer, please submit an inquiry using the contact form below and one of our customer service representatives will get back to you ASAP.  We most likely will be able to accommodate your special request. 

Do you offer bulk orders?

Yes!  Please contact us if you're looking to purchase packages of 100+ by using the contact form below!  We will do our best to accommodate you with great pricing and shipping options. 

Do you offer local delivery?

For oversized products, we can deliver in some areas of the U.S.  When you enter your full shipping address at checkout, our system will determine if you are in an area that we deliver to through one of our local partners.
